Case study one: New Zealand Seafood cookbook. The New Zealand Fish cooking book. In 2008, in conjunction with Penguin books and the Auckland fish cooking school, Sean produced the photography for the New Zealand seafood cooking book. The book involved producing photography of sixty four seafood recipes. With five chefs involved in the project a priority was to make the photography consistent through the book. Natural light, was specified to produce a softer, more “editorial" style of photography. Colour and lighting was carefully controlled to make the food look fresh and tasty. |
